1. When will my order ship?

Pre order customers from the crowdfunding campaign March through September 30

There are 2 scenarios:

Approximately 3,000 of the 5,000 pre orders have already shipped and are either delivered or currently in transit.

The remaining approximately 2,000 pre orders are scheduled to ship during the week of the 22nd.

Orders placed after October 1

Orders placed after October 1 are part of Wave 2 and are scheduled to ship in mid January.

After January

Once fully stocked, our warehouse ships orders the same business day for all orders placed before 3 PM CST.

2. My chamber will not spin when there is a spring cartridge inside

  • This is the most common issue and it is almost always caused by the cartridge not being fully seated.
  • The spring cartridge must be pushed fully into the chamber until you hear and feel a snap. The fit is intentionally tight so the cartridge does not fall out during use.
  • Once fully seated, the cartridge will sit flush and the chamber will spin freely.

3. My tracking says delivered but I did not receive my package

  • When a package is marked delivered but not received, this is almost always related to the carrier’s final delivery process.
  • Carriers may mark packages as delivered before final drop off. Please allow up to 24 hours after the delivery scan.
  • Before contacting us, please: Check all entrances including front door, back door, garage, and side doors. Check with neighbors, building management, or mail rooms
  • Contact the carrier directly to request a delivery confirmation or GPS scan
  • If the package has not appeared after completing these steps, please contact us and we will help guide next steps.

4. How long does shipping take once my order ships?

  • Once shipped, transit time is typically 3 to 4 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.
  • Please refer to Question 1 for your specific shipping window.

5. Do you ship internationally for Chug Roulette?

  • At this time, we do not ship the Chug Roulette internationally.
  • While the product is ultimately a can opener, some countries classify it as a restricted or sensitive item. We have tested limited international shipments and are currently working with a logistics consultant.
  • Our goal is to reopen international shipping by summer pending successful testing and approvals.

6. What if my order arrives damaged or does not function properly?

  • If your order arrives damaged or does not function properly, please email contact@freedomfunnelusa.com and include clear photos.
  • The most common functional issue is caused by the spring cartridge not being pushed fully into the chamber.
  • If there is clear damage or a verified mechanical issue, we will replace the product with a properly functioning one.

7. How do I use the Freedom Funnel correctly?

  • Unwrap the product and rinse with mild soap and water.
  • Pour your drink into the back of the eagle.
  • Yell Cawwww optional but encouraged.
  • Place the tail feathers (eagle’s a$$) to your mouth and drink. Keep the eagle’s head upright.
  • A salute at the finish is recommended.
  • Wash again with mild soap and water after use.

8. How do I use the Chug Roulette correctly?

Step by step:

  • Release the cylinder by sliding the metal button toward yourself.
  • Insert 1 to 6 spring cartridges into the chamber.
  • Push each cartridge fully in until you hear a snap.
  • Insert the chamber back into the unit until fully seated. If it spins freely, it is seated correctly.
  • Turn the crank from safe to live.
  • Cock the hammer if desired.
  • Turn your can upside down, press the eagle beak firmly against the can lip, and pull the trigger.

9. My product is not working properly

Confirm cartridges are fully seated and review usage instructions.

10. Can I return my order?

  • Returns are accepted on unused products that are in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Used products are not eligible for return. Please review our full return policy before initiating a return.

11. Can I cancel or change my order?

  • Because we ship quickly, it may not be possible to cancel or change an order once placed.
  • Orders are often picked immediately. If a change is possible, a return or restocking fee may apply.

12. Will all items ship together?

  • Yes. All products should ship together.
  • During the Wave 1 pre sale, a software issue caused some orders to ship in multiple packages. This issue has been resolved.

13. I did not receive my order confirmation email

  • Please check your spam or promotions folder.
  • If needed, contact us and we will resend your confirmation.

14. Why did the Chug Roulette pre sale take so long?

  • We believe in transparency. Our original plan targeted a mid summer delivery and early design work was on schedule.
  • After funding in late April, we entered full manufacturing and made 3 major design changes to improve safety, durability, and functionality.
  • We added wings for safety and stability. We adjusted internal designs for manufacturing consistency. We resized spring cartridges so they would never fall out during use.
  • Once design was finalized, manufacturing was pushed to a September shipment with an October delivery window.
  • During the first production run, assembly time was significantly longer than planned. Completing the first 5,000 units took an additional month, pushing delivery into November.
  • Half of the shipment landed on schedule. The remaining portion was delayed when FedEx moved part of the shipment to a sensitive screening facility during the holiday rush, despite already clearing customs.
  • Our logistics partner initially reported the full shipment as delivered and did not notify us that part was being held, which led to inaccurate updates.
  • We understand this damaged trust. Every update was accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time.
  • Going forward, future products will be handled with more buffers and controls. Your trust is everything our brand is worth.

15. Where are these products made?

Freedom Funnel
Made in the USA. Molded in Ohio and finished in Louisiana.

Chug Roulette
Manufactured in China due to the complexity of internal components. US manufacturing would require pricing over 150 per unit.

16) Why does the Chug Roulette only come with 3 spring cartridges?

  • We include 3 spring cartridges because that is the sweet spot for gameplay.
  • With 3 cartridges, you get a true 50/50 chance, which creates tension without turning the game into chaos. In our experience, loading 1 to 2 cartridges builds suspense, and 3 delivers the most fun for most groups.
  • While the chamber holds 6 cartridges and you are welcome to load more, filling all 6 makes the chamber very tight.
    Removing fully loaded cartridges requires significantly more pressure on the ejector rod compared to loading 1 to 3 cartridges.
  • Cost and value also mattered to us. The spring cartridges may look small, but they are complex components. Each cartridge
    contains an internal metal spring and two precision molded plastic halves that are sonically bonded and engineered to fit perfectly inside the chamber.
  • We include 3 cartridges to keep the product affordable while delivering the best gameplay experience. If you want more, additional spring cartridges are available for purchase. We believe 3 is ideal, but you can play it however you want.



17) My manual shows blank cartridges. Where are they?

  • This was a late design improvement.
  • Some early manuals show blank cartridges, but those are no longer part of the product. In the final version, we replaced blank cartridges with a protective shield around the chamber.
  • The shield allows you to see where the spring cartridges are located without needing blanks. If someone tries to look too closely, it becomes obvious and can be called out by the group, which keeps the game honest.
  • Removing blank cartridges also improved durability. Blank cartridges had no internal spring, which meant the inertia had nowhere to go during firing. Over time, this could lead to jamming or unnecessary wear.
  • The shielded chamber solved both issues, improved reliability, and simplified gameplay. All new manuals reflect this update.
