  1. Alcohol Responsibility Well Served LLC is not responsible for alcohol consumption, over consumption, intoxication, or any related effects. Any person consuming alcohol while using the Freedom Funnel does so voluntarily and at their own risk.
  2. Intended Use The Freedom Funnel is intended for beer use only. Do not use with liquor, non beverage substances, or any liquids not intended for safe human consumption.
  3. Age Restriction The Freedom Funnel is for adults 21 and over. Underage individuals may only use the Freedom Funnel with non alcoholic beverages such as water or juice.
  4. No Modification The Freedom Funnel may not be modified, altered, or tampered with in any way.
  5. Health and Sanitation Well Served LLC is not responsible for illness, injury, or health issues resulting from improper cleaning or sanitation. Users are responsible for keeping the product clean, especially when sharing with others.
  6. Assumption of Risk Well Served LLC is not responsible for any damage, injury, illness, property damage, or illegal activity that occurs during or after use, including but not limited to harm to oneself or others.
  7. Transfer of Responsibility If you sell, gift, or transfer the Freedom Funnel to another person, you are responsible for providing this disclaimer and ensuring compliance with all terms.

CHUG ROULETTE SAFETY AND LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Chug Roulette is a party accessory and non functional imitation toy firearm intended strictly for entertainment purposes in private, legal, and controlled environments.


By purchasing or using Chug Roulette, you agree to the following:

  1. Age Restriction For adults 21 and over only. This product is not intended for children or anyone under the legal drinking age.
  2. Not a Weapon Chug Roulette is not a weapon. Do not aim at people, animals, or yourself. Do not make physical contact with others using the tip or barrel of the device.
  3. Private Use Only Do not carry, display, or use this product in public spaces. Use only in private settings where lawful and appropriate. Public display may result in legal consequences.
  4. Imitation Firearm Notice This product is a non functional imitation toy firearm and includes required markings in accordance with 15 U.S.C. § 5001 and 16 CFR Part 1272. A General Certificate of Conformity is available upon request by contacting customer support.
  5. Legal Compliance State and local laws vary. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws related to possession, display, transport, and use of imitation firearms.
  6. Proper Use Use only with standard aluminum beverage cans equivalent in thickness to a standard 12 ounce can. Do not use with glass bottles, food cans, or non beverage containers. Improper use may cause injury or damage.
  7. No Modification Do not modify or alter the product. Modification voids compliance and may create safety hazards.
  8. Heat and Storage Do not expose to extreme heat or leave in hot environments such as vehicles. Heat exposure may cause warping or damage.
  9. Restricted Locations Do not bring this product to airports, schools, government buildings, large public events, or place it in carry on luggage. Confiscation or legal action may occur.
  10. Content and Filming Responsibility Always consider surroundings and local laws before filming or posting content involving this product. You are responsible for how and where content is created or shared.
  11. Alcohol Responsibility Well Served LLC is not responsible for alcohol consumption, misuse, intoxication, or alcohol related injury. Know your limits and never drink and drive.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By purchasing or using any product sold by Well Served LLC, you agree to release Well Served LLC and all affiliated parties from any and all liability related to misuse, injury, intoxication, illness, property damage, or failure to follow safety instructions.
